Tennis Sydney Updates Concession & Financial Hardship Policy
Tennis Sydney has recently updated its Concession and Financial Hardship Policy as part of our ongoing commitment to making tennis accessible and welcoming to everyone.
The updated policy outlines eligibility for concession rates at our Sunday Social sessions, as well as support available to members experiencing financial hardship.
Concession Rates for Sunday Social
Concession rates are available to holders of the following Commonwealth Government concession cards:
- Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (CSHC)
- Health Care Card (HCC)
- Low Income Health Care Card (LIHCC)
Please note that a standard Seniors Card alone does not qualify for concession rates.
How to Access Concession Rates
Members holding an eligible concession card can apply by emailing info@tennissydney.org.au with proof of eligibility.
Once verified, concession pricing will be enabled on their profile, allowing them to access concession rates when registering for future Sunday Social sessions.
Financial Hardship Support
Tennis Sydney understands that some members may experience financial difficulties.
Members experiencing financial hardship may apply for assistance, even if they do not hold an eligible concession card.
Each application will be assessed individually on its merits and must be approved by the Tennis Sydney Committee.
All financial hardship applications will be kept strictly confidential.
