The purpose of this privacy statement is to provide you with details of how Tennis Sydney Inc will collect, store and use the personal data you supply to it. Personal data is information which relates to identifiable living individuals.
It is the stated policy of Tennis Sydney Inc that it will act in accordance with current legislation and aims to meet current best practice with regard to the processing of personal data.

We may contact you in the future with information about our activities. We do not allow third parties to use the data we collect. We may occasionally send you information about products and services developed by third parties in association with the Tennis Sydney Inc. Storage and correction of personal data
Tennis Sydney Inc. will retain the personal data it holds unless and until you send us notice that you no longer wish us to retain this data. We are obliged to supply you, on request, with a copy of the personal data we hold about you. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact Tennis Sydney Inc. using the details set out in the previous paragraph for more details. Should you discover any inaccuracies in such personal information, please notify the Tennis Sydney Inc. as soon as possible at the same address. Tennis Sydney Inc. will then correct its records.
By participating at Tennis Sydney Inc. organised tennis tournaments, competitions, social play and related activities and events, participants agree to waive any and all rights and claims for bodily or emotional injury; injury to their reputation; or any other damage or harms that they might suffer; or any other claims of any nature they or their legal representatives may have against Tennis Sydney Inc., the GLTA and its officers, all tournament sites, tournament sponsors, or any organisation, facility or individual associated with these tournaments, competitions, social play and related activities and events.
Participants agree to participate at their own risk and the above organisations, facilities and individuals will not be responsible for any harm, injury or damage that they might suffer. They also release and waive any and all rights to claim damages or remuneration which may arise as a result of references to, photographs, images or likenesses of them which may appear in any publication or other media coverage.
Tennis Australia and Tennis NSW have been working in partnership to deliver a new membership model with a zero per player cost. This model will contribute to their knowledge of people playing tennis across NSW and in each local area.
As part of this model, players will be covered by personal accident insurance and the Club will be protected by Public Liability as well as Directors and Officers Insurance.
