This activity is suited to our players who want to build their confidence and enjoyment of the game in general play. It will involve 2 or 3 trainers on Sundays to split the hour. If you’d like to volunteer as a trainer for 20 to 30 minutes every few Sundays or if you have ideas for the training session and some lively drills, let me know.
If you’d like to participate in the fun and warm up for the afternoon just go to Court 2 at Parklands on Sunday at 12pm after you sign-in and be prepared to have some fun. We are looking for 8-10 players to join the trainers and if the training sessions prove popular we will look to using more courts for the first hour in the coming weeks or adding an hour later in the afternoon.
