For this tournament we will be scheduling matches to the following preliminary timetable. Players entering a singles event should be prepared to play their first round on Friday 18 September from 6pm. Dependent on entry numbers some grades may also need to play their second round singles match on Friday 18 September.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Event fees are AUD$40 for first event and AUD$30 for your second event.
A player may enter a maximum of two events only. This may consist of any combination of 1 x Singles, 1 x Doubles or 1 x Mixed Doubles.
** Please note that due to the block scheduling for this tournament, Men’s Singles players cannot play in Mixed Doubles events.

Amazon Women’s Doubles – all grades – round robin
Mixed doubles events – all grades – round robin
Please note, you should enter this event with an arranged partner.
The Tournament Organising Committee may be able to find you a partner but cannot guarantee one.
Knock-out events – All matches including finals will be the best of 3 sets,with the 3rd set being a super tie break (first to 10 with a 2 point advantage). The first two sets are normal first-to-6 sets with a tiebreak at 6-6.
Round-robin events will be 1 standard set, tie-break at 6-6.
Short deuce(second deuce) to be played for all matches at second deuce. The receiver chooses from which side of the court he/she desires to return his/her opponent’s serve. In mixed doubles however the man must serve to the man and the woman to the woman.
All entries must be made online through the GLTA Tournament Software. If you have played in GLTA tournaments before you will be prompted to “Enter online with an account”. If you are new to GLTA events you will have the option to create an account before completing your entry and payment. You only need to do this once for future GLTA tournaments. Just a reminder, your GLTA account is not the same as your Tennis Sydney/Amazon Tennis login. They are separate systems.
