 Winter is rapidly approaching and those extra kilos are just itching to attach themselves to your hips and thighs and fuddubbadas. "How do I keep them away?" I hear you ask. I have the answer....

 Enter Tennis Sydney's Winter 2012 Swinger's Comp!

Tennis Sydney Poker Tournament is being held  straight after the trophy presentation afternoon drinks for the recent Summer Competition. 

Who is the greatest male tennis player of all time? The most common consensus is Roger Federer or Rod Laver, with others in contention including Pete Sampras, Bill Tilden, Bjorn Borg, John McEnroe, Pancho Gonzales, Lew Hoad and even Rafael Nadal. Myself, I feel there is someone that is often left out of the conversation who is certainly worthy of consideration … more on him later.

We are delighted to announce the launch of subsidised coaching programmes made available through the sponsorship of Tennis Sydney by the mpV.

The format of the coaching will be group coaching (maximum 4 people) for 1 hour with Matt Rabenda at Parklands on a Saturday afternoon. The 1 hour coaching session will be followed by 1 hour of match play to practice and help reinforce the lessons of the day.

Once again apologies for the delay in getting this update of the ladder out and published! There have been plenty of changes since the last update and rightly so as we approach the end of the current comp.

Held over Easter Weekend in Los Angeles California, the LA Open hosted over 170 players across three venues including three players from Tennis Sydney. Tyrone Andres, Cuong Hoang and Will P, also known as Daniela, Cammy and Maria all took part in the tournament held by the LATA.
