Welcome to Tennis Sydney!

Tennis Sydney is an incorporated, non-profit organisation that aims to promote and facilitate gay and lesbian tennis in Sydney.We run both social and competition tennis, catering to a broad player group with a wide range of skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

Each year, Tennis Sydney hosts two main tournaments: the Mardi Gras Championships, occurring at the end of February, and the Peter Deacon Spring Tournament, occurring early October. We also host mid-week night competitions which run for 8-11 week blocks throughout the year, catering to all grades.

Spring Competition 2010 - Entries now Open

It's just beginning to warm up outside which means its time to pick up your racquet join us for our Spring Slims competition. You can enter now by clicking on this link:

To keep things fresh the Committee has decided to try a slightly different approach for the Spring Slims. Each team will still consist of 2 players with 2 doubles matches and 2 singles matches being played on the night. The respective number 1’s and 2’s will play each other in the singles.

2010 Peter Deacon Tournament - Entries Now Open

Entries are now open for the 2010 Peter Deacon Spring Tournament.

The tournament is being held on Friday Night 8th, Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th October 2010.
